Meet The Team

At Little Loco’s, we believe that a passionate and dedicated team is at the heart of providing the best care for your children. Our experienced staff are committed to creating a nurturing, fun, and educational environment where every child can thrive.

Each child is assigned a key person who will be responsible for monitoring and tracking their progress. Your child’s key person will also ensure you are kept informed throughout the year.

Every staff member is devoted to delivering the highest standards of care and fostering an environment where children can develop their abilities and become confident, successful learners.

Director

Heather Jones

Heather founded Little Loco’s Day Nursery in 2024, fulfilling her lifelong ambition of owning her own nursery school. As a mother of three and someone who grew up in the local area, Heather has a deep understanding of the intricacies of Newark’s nurseries and the needs of growing families. With a focus on both educational excellence and fostering a
strong sense of community, Heather's vision is to provide a place where children not only grow academically but also develop a love for nature, creativity, and responsibility.

Heather founded Little Loco’s Day Nursery in 2024 fulfilling her life long ambition of owning her own nursery school. Having 3 children of her own and growing up round the local area, Heather is uniquely placed to understand the intricacies of Newarks nurseries.

Heather has a background in interior design and business management and is well suited to design and run the nursery. Heather has 2 of her 3 children at nursery school age, so understands exactly what finding an outstanding nursery means to fellow parents. Peggy will be attending the nursery here at Little Loco’s too.
